By downloading or using AreaMap, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.
By downloading, installing, or using AreaMap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of the free version and subscribers to AreaMap PRO.
Assembel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

AreaMap offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("AreaMap PRO") with the following terms:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple ID or Google account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated before taking effect.
AreaMap provides approximate land area and distance measurements based on GPS data and satellite map imagery. Measurements are for reference purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional surveys or legal land records.
Assembel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any measurements produced by the App. Factors including GPS signal quality, satellite imagery resolution, and user pin placement may affect results.
Do not rely solely on AreaMap measurements for legal, financial, construction, or official purposes.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Assembel and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Map data is provided by Google Maps and is subject to Google's Terms of Service. Satellite imagery is provided by third-party providers and remains their property.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Assembel does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not warrant the accuracy of GPS measurements, satellite imagery, or any data displayed in the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assembel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.
You may stop using the App at any time. Cancellation of subscriptions is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
